  • As all of our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns due to health and safety regulations.

     

    However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, we will be happy to offer a replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at theintolerantbaker@yahoo.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

     

    We cannot process replacement requests received after this period.
